NNESHRM is an organization of individuals from Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont who have primary responsibility for, or actively participate on behalf of the healthcare provider in risk management, quality assurance, corporate compliance, safety, utilization review, corporate legal, and loss control activities. Affiliate membership is available to individuals who participate on behalf of the healthcare provider in risk management activities such as insurance brokers and agents, claims personnel, risk management consultants, and defense attorneys. healthcare risk managers, attorneys, insurance professionals, and medical-legal consultants who share a common purpose: to minimize the potential liability of healthcare providers. NNESHRM provides its members with a forum for the exchange of ideas and information on healthcare risk management issues; and through its education programs offers members a means of advancing their professional knowledge
